Hi guys,
I bought this JNF from ebay. I was missing one in my collection.
Is from Munich Germany and It is now arrived at my home.
Looking it a second time I must say that it has "special things" on it.
Then I noticed that it is similar with the JNF NEUHIERL KdF WAGEN PROTOTYPE. Except that for the interior design.
This is standard version and had manual steering. License plate registration is “IN-35.”
“MADE IN GERMANY” lettering printed on the interior insert can be seen through the split window.
The color is dark blue. The rubber tires are slightly larger and have a different tread pattern than the rubber tires found on the cable steering versions. The chassis stamping differs in several areas from other versions, just like the JNF prototype.
Ok, I think it is from 1938 - 45 period but could it be a early prototype or trade show example?
Maybe it could be the first with right interior design? Maybe it was produced right after what you posted on the site.
Let me know what you think about! I need help, thanks.
I post photos to see better.
-Andrea
