A detailed plastic Barndoor VW Pickup Bus. The engine compartment does not open, but the side cargo door (or treasure chest door) does open. Wheels are light grey, driver is affixed to the front seat behind the plastic steering wheel. The bed cover (or Tilt) is removable as is the cargo. Notice the side gates are smooth and there is no rear bumper. This is typical of a '52 or early '53 VW Pickup Bus. There is a small VW logo on the front hood. The chassis is slightly different from the V1 Kombi and has a very small Wiking logo. There are two tail lights, a center brake light and two reflectors. The body is made in two main pieces, separated below the gates, doors and nose panel - but it is not made to come apart.
