Original body for Distler?

I found on web this photo.
It looks like a Distler VW. Could it be the original "body" made for to produce them?
What do you think about?

I think that this is for sure the first stage stamping of making the DISTLER Split VW tin plate body.

The next stage is punching out the windows and forming proper fenders.

Then on to the painting stage.

Ok I found more info....but they are a bit weird!

It was visible at Spielwarenmesse 2011, and this web page says:
"The BUB / JNF Beetle, which was already announced for 2010, is apparently progressing.
Here one of the first stamping dies of the new JNF Beetle in its raw state."

Now first it look like a Distler and not a JNF, but second what this mean?
Did they re-produce those Distler?
So some of those very good state Distler are FAKE and not original??

Please let me know...I'm getting crazy.
