Unknown Split toy was created by Beckmgs
Green - euro bumpers - hubcaps.  8.25” length.  3” width.  White steering wheel silver paint for headlights, tail lights and running boards.  

No manufacture marks.  Maybe some manu marks on rear beyond axle.

No - tires have not external markings on inside or outside of wheels.
