The light blue colored body is made of plastic with cut out windows and has very good details of the Oval Window VW Sedan lines. There is a dab of silver paint on the taillights and license plate light. The headlights are a clear plastic insert with a metal ring that attaches to the body. There is a tin insert for the interior that is painted a ivory color and has a driver attached to the tin insert. The tin chassis has a front wheel drive friction motor, rubber tires on plastic rims and the metal bumpers attach to the chassis. The chassis has a decal marked HERBART. Came in a plain cardboard box that had Christmas labels pasted to the box. The body shape and size is very similar, if not identical to the PEPE JATO OVAL VW.
