SIKU produced this promotional VW with a plastic body with solid windows and good details of front and rear hood, door seams and rear oval window with air louvers. Light impressions of the rear window and louvers. No chassis and the black or white plastic wheels snap onto the body pillars. There is a round mold mark under each bumper. No roof lettering. This version is the same as SIKU (CLEVER STOLZ) OVAL VW V2 but without Clever Stolz markings and were sold in little bags of plastic cars. This was NOT the manufacturer, but the Margarine Company that used the toy to promote their products.
At the end, the SIKU Oval VW molds were sold and re-used to advertise the Company SOLITÄR, but with different broad black plastic wheels.
