One piece plastic body with cut out windows and fair details of front and rear hood, door seams and rear oval window. Cream colored chassis with what looks like a pipe and muffler molded into the chassis. Plastic wheels with metal axles secure to the chassis. Body attached to the chassis with a front and rear melted plastic extension of the body. No markings. It is very similar to UNKNOWN OVAL VW PLASTIC 16. The body appears to be identical, but the chassis is from 2 different molds, although very similar. It appears that no. 16 is a copy of no. 18, because no.18 looks more crisp?? Who can help?
