This one piece plastic item is actually the stick for a lollypop (lollie-stengel) and has the body of an Oval Window Volkswagen. On the back side of the Volkswagen is molded VW-Export, 4 Cyl, 30PS, 120km/h. There were many other type cars in the series used for the lollypop sticks besides the VW.
