One thing that was a help is the cryptic manufacturer's insignia was stamped on the silver painted metal stamped chassis. The insignia was in the shape of a heart with either the letters “SCH” or just a single “S” inside the heart. After some European toy manufacturer research, this was actually the insignia of the Germany toy company named FABRIK FÜR PLASTIK-SPIELWAREN and the owner was Ludwig Schröder. This toy manufacturing company was located near Lüdenscheid, Germany.
